6. Supply labour to dismantle existing bathroom accessories in bathrooms

Masonry Works:

1. Supply and lay 60cm x 60cm polish homogenous tiles with skirting for living and dining room
2. Supply and lay 60cm x 60cm polish homogenous tiles or laminate flooring for 3 x bedrooms
3. Supply and lay chemical waterproofing membrane for kitchen area.
4. Supply and lay 30cm x 30cm homogenous floor tiles for kitchen area.
5. Supply and lay 30cm x 30cm homogenous or ceramics wall tiles for kitchen area
6. Supply and lay chemical waterproofing membrane for 2 x bathroom.
7. Supply and lay 30cm x 30cm homogenous floor tiles for 2 x bathroom.
8. Supply and lay 30cm x 30cm homogenous or ceramics wall tiles for 2 x bathroom.
9. Supply and construct 50mm height cement base with tiles finish for kitchen cabinet, refrigerator and washing machine.

Ceiling works:

1. Supply and install L-box for living and dining area.
2. Supply and install false ceiling for bedroom passage way.

Plumbing works:

1. Supply and install standard stainless steel piping for kitchen and 2 x bathroom
2. Supply labour to install kitchen sink and tap.
3. Supply labour to install 2 x wash basin with tap and 2 x toilet bowl.
4. Supply labour to install 2 x water heater for both bathrooms.
5. Supply and install pvc inlet / outlet pipe for kitchen sink and 2 x wash basin.
6. Supply labour to install bathroom accessories for 2 x bathrooms.

Carpentry works:

1. Design and fabricate 20ft lenght laminated kitchen cabinet with ABS trimming for kitchen area.
2. Fabricate and install 10FT lenght solid surface kitchen worktop for kitchen area.
3. Design and install 2 x frosted glass panel with laminated frame for kitchen area.
4. Supply and install 1 set stainless steel dish rack for kitchen cabinet.

Painting works:

1. Supply and pain whole house internal wall, ceiling, doors, door frames, piping and gate. Using ICI/NIPPON emulsion paint.

Other works:

1. Supply and lay floor protection cover
2. Supply and do chemical wash after completion of renovation works
3. Supply labour for uploading of materials and clearing of debris.
