Each and everyday, we receive numerous online requests for quotes. We appreciate every opportunity given to us by our prospects. We do our level best to answer all our online enquiries as best as we possibly can.

In order for us to provide you the best outcome from your enquiry, we have prepared the following information which we think will enable us to serve you better.

FAQ and their answers on home renovation enquiries

1. I don't see any package for executive apartment or maisionette.

A. We only post online some of our most popular renovation packages. But we do a wide range of other renovation works, for executive apartments and maisionettes, private residential ranging from studios to penthouses, office and shop space renovation for fitness center, hair salon, wellness boutique etc. Provide us your floor plan and a brief description of the work you want done, and we'll be glad to prepare an initial quotation specifically for you.

2. Why is your price lower than most of the quote I have check from elsewhere?

• We do not have GST. For a renovation package over $30000, you would have save well over $2000.
• We have minimal advertising cost. While most renovation and interior design company spend a fortune advertising for sales, the majority of our clients comes from referrals and online prospects. The bulk of expenses we save on advertising is passed on to you, our valued customers.
• We do not provide unnecessary freebies to attract customers and put that into the cost customers have to pay eventually.
• We are confident our prices are very competitive and reasonable, that's why we post them online for everyone to see. How many other sites do you see prices openly posted?

3. Is the price on your website still applicable?

A. Yes, provided you are taking the package exactly as seen on our website. If there are minor variations to the items, then there will be minor adjustments to the price.

4. What information and details do I need to give in order to get a quotation from you.

As much as possible, try to provide us the following...

• Provide us the floor plan of the property
• Leave a contactable number in case we need to clarify regarding your enquiry.
• Give as much description as you can ie: 
• • a) what is the size of the property to be renovated, studio - 5 room flat etc
  • b) attach a photo if possible,
  • c) when you need the work done, any datelines for completion
  • d) what materials you have in mind
  • e) do you have specific dimensions 
  • f) how many people living - bathroom, kitchen and wardrobes designs and usage are usually determine by these factors.
• Provide us a budget you would like to work on.

5. What if I don't have a floor plan?

A. Floor plan is important to determine the floor area in the event you require a quote for flooring, kitchen cabinets, windows etc. Without a floor plan, a site measurement will be better in order to provide as accurate a quote as possible. Otherwise, you may like to describe whether your property is a 4 room flat or 5 room flat etc, and indicates the total floor area of the property.

6. What if I urgently need a quotation to decide and can't wait?

A. Give our team leader Joven ( hp 81890866 ) a call. We'll attend to your case promptly.

7. How long does it take for a quotation to be ready?

A. In view of the high volume of online request we are receiving daily, please allow up to two weeks for us to prepare your quotation. Priority is given to customers who include their contactable number and/or arrange a joint site evaluation.

8. I don't feel comfortable giving my contact or arranging for on site quotation. Will I be obligated to engage your services after that?

A. We respect your privacy and give the highest regard to it. Whether it is an email address or a phone number, we will never share it or pass it to anyone else. It is strictly for the purpose of communicating your enquiry and facilitating the process.
B. The on-site evaluation is a Zero commitment friendly discussion and assessment. We believe in a happy and trusting relationship with our clients. If for some reasons you do not decide to engage us, we're glad you have at least given us the opportunity in the first place.

9. Do I need to tell my budget?

A. It will be easier for us to work on a budget you have set aside for your renovation, or to provide us details of what you wish to use in terms of materials, such as ..... ceramic floor, marble floor, plywood, solid wood, marble top etc.

10. Does your work come with any warranty?

A. All our renovation work comes with a 24 month warranty.

11. Do I have to pay anything if I don't decide to use your services?

A. We believe in a happy and trusting relationship with our clients. If for some reasons you do not decide to engage us, we're glad you have at least given us the opportunity in the first place. In fact, we will greatly appreciate your valuable feedback to us what we are lacking in or why you decided not to use our services.

12. Do you only specialize in HDB renovation?

A. We only post online some of our most popular renovation packages. But we do a wide range of other renovation works, such as executive apartments and maisionettes, private residential ranging from studios to penthouses, offices and shop space, as well as renovation for fitness center, hair salon, wellness boutique, private schools etc. Provide us your floor plan and a brief description of the work you want done, and we'll be glad to prepare an initial quotation specifically for you.

13. I can't find a package that is close to what I need

A. We're more than glad to prepare one especially just for you. Just send us a request, attach your floor plan, a brief description of the work you want done and a contactable number.

14. Is there any online portfolio I can take a look at?

A. We respect our client's privacy. Not everyone enjoys their homes being use on a web site gallery. Unless our client's explicitly instruct us to exhibit their homes online, we refrain from doing so. At the moment, we are still in the process of building an online gallery. You may however visit our on site works should the circumstances permit.
